Privacy and cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and it does not collect personal data through forms. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser so the site can remember it. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process technical data such as your IP address when you visit. When you buy, the payment is processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. I receive your name, PayPal email and the order details, and use them only to deliver your purchase, send you your files by email and keep my sales records. Delivery relies on service providers for the order system, private file storage and email. Messages and external links (Instagram, YouTube and music platforms) are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at {email}.
Terms of sale
Beats are sold as digital files under the license you choose. Files are delivered by secure download link and by email after the payment is confirmed, normally automatically. If that fails, I send the files manually as soon as possible and within 12 hours. By paying, you ask me to start delivery right away and accept that, once delivery has started, you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content. Your license is sent in writing with the files. Free use applies only to non-profit projects with credit.

Non-profit only. Beats marked [FREE] on YouTube can be used in non-monetized projects such as SoundCloud or demos, with credit: (Prod. CloudIsDeaf). To release on streaming platforms or monetize, you need a license.

Can I release songs made with your beats?
Yes, with a paid license. The free use is only for non-profit projects with credit.
What happens when a beat is sold exclusively?
I take it off the store and stop selling it.
